The Thanksgiving holiday tradition evolved from a harvest celebration. It is grounded in applauding the bounty of our regional food system. Hyde Park Farmers’ Market understands this celebration well and will again be providing amazing food for your holiday table. Turkey Tuesday is a festive evening designed to benefit our community in the spirit of the Thanksgiving holiday tradition.

The Turkey

Pick-up your turkey. You can’t surpass the taste of one of these birds! HPFM turkeys are pasture-raised by regional farmers with the highest of humane standards. Preorder from The Eaton Farm.

Fresh, Seasonal Produce

Delicious seasonal produce is still readily available. Think of all the masterful dishes you can create with potatoes, sweet potatoes, apples, mushrooms, winter squashes, kale, festive leafy greens, salad fixings, and so much more. Here are the HPFM farmers who will be present: Backyard Orchard, Christopher Farm, Elmwood Stock Farm, Farm Beach Bethel, Rich Life Farm and The Eaton Farm.

Baked Goods and Desserts

Our food artisans are known around the region for their freshly baked goods. Let them help you complement your meal with delicious breads, give a sweet ending to a perfect Thanksgiving meal, or add a special treat to Friday morning’s breakfast. Allez Bakery, Baudry French Pastries and North South Baking Co. will all be at Turkey Tuesday. For those needing a little help with the big meal or weekend entertaining, HPFM’s food artisans are ready to assist. Pick up delicious seasonal side-dishes, fermented favorites, artisan cheeses and locally-produced turkey stock to complement any weekend meals. Flowers, Holiday Arrangements and Holiday Decor

Don’t forget to preorder your Thanksgiving centerpiece from Hazelfield Farm.
