Alan Susarret, owner of Probasco Urban Farm, has been a vendor at Northside Farmers’ Market for four years, and at Hyde Park Farmers’ Market since 2014. He developed an indoor cultivation space in the heart of Cincinnati with the intention of feeding into the city’s already growing local food movement. Rapid cropping, together with a tight, efficient grow setup, eliminate the need for pesticides or preservatives in his production process.
