The farm, consisting of 51 acres in southeastern Clermont County, is USDA Certified Organic and is home to an Ohio Department of Agriculture licensed and FDA inspected kitchen/cannery. The farm produces a variety of vegetables, greens, lettuce and herbs, taking them directly from the field to farmers’ markets and selected retail outlets.
The farm employs a seed saving program enabling us to raise most of our own plants. Fertilization and pest control are accomplished using fish emulsions, seaweed, natural minerals, pepper sprays, composted materials and crop rotation.
The farm has been certified to USDA Organic standards by the Ohio Ecological Food and Farm Association (OEFFA). The farm and kitchen/cannery are inspected and certified yearly.
