I grow MicroGreens of Arugula, Peas, Radish, Sunflowers, Onions, Lentils, Broccoli, Cabbage and Sesame Seeds. MicroGreens are vegetables harvested when there are only 2 leaves ( the vegetable is not allowed to grow). The first 2 leaves that appear pull all of the vitamins and nutrients from the planted seed. There are no pesticides or fertilizers because the greens are still babies. The flavor is far more intense than the flavor of a full grown vegetable. I sell the MicroGreens as a mix that can be used as a salad or can be used in place of lettuce on a sandwich, toppings for pizza, wraps or sprinkled on just about anything. MicroGreens are often used as a garnish in upscale restaurants but now you can buy your own every Sunday at Hyde Park Farmers’ Market. This is the only location I sell at so make sure you stop by.
I also sell Dried Beans that are Heirloom and GMO free; a great source of protein and fiber. I sell by the lb. – Snow Cap, YinYang, Christmas Limas, Green Apple and Jacobs Cattle. All my products are grown locally in Milford, Ohio.
